Provence Perfected!

Over the last couple of days, we've been driving through the breathtaking countryside of Provence. We have been lucky that the weather has been beautiful - 25-35 degrees Celsius, and each place we have stayed at has had a pool, so the boys are absolutely loving it.

We drove along the picturesque Rhone...

Stayed in a 18th century old post office near Avignon (with a pool!).

Drove through the hair-raising tiny streets of the walled city of Avignon.

Found some gorgeous towns including Lourmarin, where we stopped to 'be tourists' and walk the streets, finishing with some locally made ice-cream.

Here is the view from the pool at our guest house in Mougins... overlooking Cannes.

And had dinner in the city centre of Mougins... just delightful!
